Join us for a night of short films that celebrate the spirit of winter in the Kootenays as a part of Coldsmoke. The Stellar Film Competition brings together the most creative, unexpected, and downright awesome ski and ride shorts from local filmmakers and mountain lovers. Whether you’re into raw powder shots, clever edits, or stories that make you laugh or gasp, this premiere is where you want to be.

Your ticket gets you access to the film premiere night on February 6, 2026 at the Nelson United Church where the top films will debut on the big screen. Doors will open at 6:30pm, show starts at 7:00pm. Entry also includes the chance to celebrate with the community, cheer on your favourite creators, and be part of selecting the People’s Choice award!
