Staff Waiver/Pass Registration
We’ve updated how you sign your waiver and the process for receiving your Staff Season Pass this year to make it smoother, faster and gives the staff the ability to pick their pass up from the Downtown office before opening day.
Step 1: Start here with the Waiver Registration
Before we can load your Season Pass, you need to complete our Waiver Registration right here. You must be registered with your own email address, photo and date of birth.
Step 2: Complete all the waivers you requested
Once registered, you’ll get an email with a personalized link to sign the waiver. After signing your waiver it will be automatically attached to your profile and emailed to you. Please sign the waiver as soon as you receive it as you will not receive your staff pass if you do not sign your waiver.
If you have your staff pass from last season, your pass will automatically be loaded onto that RFID card. If you do not, please go into the downtown office anytime after you have received the email confirming the pass was processed.
If you have any spouse or family passes, you will be able to have them go to the office and get their pass at that time as well using the perk attached to your profile. Please ensure you go into the office with your family or spouse.
