How to Purchase
You first need to login or register in order to add Lift Tickets to your cart.

After you have logged in, select the number of Lift Tickets you’re purchasing for each age category. If you have an existing RFID card, no need to select the “New RFID card” add-on as your Lift Ticket will automatically be loaded onto it and you can head direct to lift. If you do not have an existing RFID card, select "New RFID card" for each person that needs one, then stop by Guest Services to pick it up.

Your purchase must be linked to a profile. If you’ve skied at Whitewater before, simply assign each Lift Ticket to a profile in the dropdown menu. If this is your first visit, click “Add Profile” for each person in your group and assign each Lift Ticket to a profile in the dropdown menu. This allows Whitewater’s Guest Services team to assist you if you lose or damage your Lift Ticket.

After purchasing online, you can pick up your Lift Tickets at:
• Whitewater’s Downtown Office: 602 Lake Street, from 7:30AM - 4:00PM daily.
• Guest Services on mountain: 8:15AM - 4:00PM (December 6 - March 8), 8:30AM - 4:15PM (March 9 - April 6) - make sure to have your proof of purchase email saved to your phone as there is no cell service on mountain.

Hold onto your RFID card
Our Lift Tickets are reusable! Keep your card, and you can load any future tickets onto it at no extra charge, online or in person, and you can head direct to lift for your next day on the hill.

Please note: To take advantage of this exclusive deal, Lift Tickets must be purchased online. Discounts cannot be redeemed in person, either at Whitewater’s Downtown Office or on mountain.
