Join Whitewater Athlete, National Ski Mountaineering Team Member, and local Physiotherapist Lori Anne Donald on Friday, January 17 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm for an evening clinic designed to help you get race-ready for The Ymir Climber, Whitewater's Canada Cup ski mountaineering competition February 7-9, 2025!

Lori Anne will guide you through techniques to optimize your warm-up, improve uphill travel, and streamline transitions for greater efficiency. Plus, this is a unique opportunity to access Whitewater’s slopes after hours. With a designated uptrack on Sluicebox, participants will gain valuable experience skinning on resort terrain before The Ymir Climber.

Packing List: Touring skis or splitboard, skins, poles, headlamp, pack, helmet, gloves.

This clinic is for those 19+ and participants will meet outside Guest Services to check-in.

*Even though participants are not riding our chairlifts as part of the clinic, a Lift Ticket or Season Pass is required for all clinic participants as that purchase covers our Exclusion of Liability. Clinic participants who do not have a Season Pass can go to Guest Services the day of the clinic to receive 25% off an All Mountain Full-Day Lift Ticket or a full-price Beginner Lift Ticket or One-Ride Lift Ticket.*
